Pattern workshop for all complexity patterns

Pattern workshop develops and produces patterns of expanded polystyrene, wood, plywood, plastics.
The workshop is equipped with a 3-D scanners for geometry control with an accuracy of 23 microns.
Production volume: 150 sets of new patterns per year, additionally 150 sets of patterns repaired and maintained.

The qualifications of pattern workshop employees allow:

• Design patterns and casting technology
• Produce patterns according to customer drawings and requirements
• Control the precision of finished patterns
• Service and maintain patterns
• Carry out rework and maintain of customer’s patterns
